Dr. Pirzadah is an accomplished pulmonologist, intensivist, and medical director with over two decades of experience in critical care and hospitalist services. He is the founder and president of Impact Network, a provider staffing solutions company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering specialized staffing for pre-operative, hospitalist, and intensivist care to hospitals.

Dr. Pirzadah has held key leadership roles across multiple hospitals, including Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Lake Ascension Hospital, where he has served as the medical director of critical care and surgical services. His clinical expertise extends to directing hospice care and long-term acute care hospitals (LTAC), further demonstrating his commitment to delivering comprehensive patient care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Pirzadah has focused on optimizing patient outcomes , reducing hospital lengths of stay, improving care coordination, and implementing best practices to prevent readmissions. He is board-certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care, and internal medicine, and holds various other certifications, including in emergency medicine and wound care.
